The LNM Institute of Information Technology, a Deemed University, is a public-private partnership University jointly set-up by the Government of Rajasthan and the LAKSHMI & USHA MITTAL FOUNDATION as an autonomous non-profit organization. The World Wide Web Consortium (W3C) is an International Standards Body where Member organizations, a full-time staff and the public work together to develop Web standards. The World Wide Web Consortium (W3C) develops interoperable technologies (Specifications, Software and Tools) to lead the web to its full potential as a forum for information commerce, communication and collective understanding. The Indian W3C office (W3C India) is the national contact point for W3C activities in India.W3C's mission is to lead the Web to its full potential. W3C India Office is working towards this long term goal of enabling web in 22 Indian Languages.

IEEE Student Branch LNM IIT, Jaipur is subsidiary branch under region 10 (Asia Pacific) of IEEE and was established in December, 2011 and with this, it started a new phase of technology and remarkable developments among the students of LNM IIT. This branch was formed with the vision to promote innovative and technical ideas amongst all students and, to enrich the student knowledge much beyond the standard curriculum of the college and provide them with an opportunity to match their paces with the recent advances in the technology.
